Polyphonic Resonance

We invited our homies from Wilmington's Flying Machine up to Saxapahaw a little while ago after we hearing they dug our yogurt-soured Cultural Divide series, so we made a few changes and then got a little crazy with this version, using a cask-aged white balsamic vinegar to round out the tartness, then finishing with a few hundred pounds of fresh golden beets & carrots, as well as hand-zested fresh lemons and a touch of fresh lemon basil.

Super-crushable with layers of bright, fresh sweet fruit & petrichor and finishing dry & snappy, this one's all about the beautiful melodies we make when we come together and play.

Ingredients: 2-Row Pilsner, malted wheat, cask-aged white balsamic vinegar, fresh golden beets, fresh carrots, organic lemon zest, lemon basil
