Loosely translated from Dutch to mean “dirty beard”, Vuilbaard is our oak-aged, mixed culture sour brown ale that we let slumber gently in neutral oak barrels for over two years, then blend before packaging to provide a layered complexity full of tart cherry stone, toasted malt sugar and gently roasted cocoa nibs.
