One of the most delicate, loveliest little beers we've ever released, this foeder-aged oat saison has been conditioned for almost a year in French oak with a clean, classic brettanomyces strain, providing subtle funk & bright crisp fruit notes from start to finish. Our hope is that you'll take a moment to open a bottle, close your eyes, breathe in & out and set aside the world around you for a few moments, and consider an appreciation for the small circle of things in life that we can control.
