Made with locally-foraged trifoliate orange peel, along with fresh hand-zested ruby grapefruit & valencia oranges
To Make Soda: Mix one part syrup with 2-3 parts seltzer water, stir, then add ice and a squeeze of fresh lime (or not... there's plenty of citrus in the syrup, obviously).
Suggested Spirit Pairings: Ginger Brandy, Rum, Vodka, Gin, Tequila
Suggested Food Pairings: Add to your morning tea, pour over apple pancakes or belgian waffles, or over your favorite sorbet.
