The Tasseography Project: Revisited is an evolution of our preferences, a dry, crisp, mature expression of our house saison yeast beneath a bright blonde ale with an extra touch of grassy malt and toasted sweetness. Character is then woven throughout from a generous helping of South African red rooibos & smoked Lapsang Souchong tea leaves, plus a few handfuls of cracked Vietnamese black peppercorn to support the phenols we coax from our house yeast in beer styles like this. 5.6% abv
