Hare More High & Lonesome Honey Carrot Vienna Lager

Brewed as a special collaboration with our buddies Sarah & Auston (otherwise known ‘round here as beloved roots music duo Chatham Rabbits), this very special, rather unique Vienna lager just drips with North Carolina-grown goodness. As always, our base malt is sourced locally, and for this one, we’ve scored lots of wildflower honey from our friends at King Cobra Apiary just up the road from Saxapahaw, as well as over 100 pounds of NC-grown baby carrots from the good folks at Blue Sky Farms to provide layers of earthy sweetness to the finished beer.
