The 450 Million Year Parade

Once again this year, we’ve been invited to celebrate the artisans at Saxapahaw’s very own Paperhand Puppet Intervention and their 2022 production of The Meanwhile Clock & Other Impossible Dances. Each summer, this talented group crafts a truly unique performance, and we hope this tasty French blonde lager, brewed with all parts of the fennel plant, from seed to flower and beyond, is just as unique, sporting a soft, complex nose with a crisp, snappy finish.

Yeast: House saison yeast
SRM: 8
IBU: 14
ABV: 7.5%
