Torn Paper Leaves: Cherry Blossom & Mizunara Oak

There’s a beautiful simple beer we have in our lineup that uses barely & rye grown right here in NC, a grist bill composed of malted grains by our friends at Carolina Malt House. It’s a classic Trappist-style golden tripel, and while it’s certainly delicious on its own, we’ve noticed it truly shines when we let it slumber for a little while in barrels. This brand new version of our Torn Paper Leaves project involves bright, decadent cherry blossoms and Japanese Mizunara oak spirals, a truly wonderful combination that exudes layers of roasted almond, floral cherry & fresh baked cake to an already-lovely experience. 8.3% abv
