One of our most popular beers all year (and one of our personal favorites as well), this imperial rye saison is brewed with over a quarter ton of fresh orange carrots and fresh baby ginger root from our friends at East Branch in Pittsboro, with a little toasted cumin seed in the finish to wrap everything together!

Each of the ingredients melds wonderfully with our house saison yeast and works in concert with one another to offer up a bright, clean, dry farmhouse ale to close out the Carolina winter in style.
