A returning favorite from our yogurt-soured series "Cultural Divide", this fruit-forward tart saison has been kettle-soured over the course of a few days with the live bacteria from our friends at Carolina Culture Dairy, then fermented clean with our house saison yeast and infused with over 400 pounds of whole wild blueberries, then finished with fresh lemongrass from Blue Sky Farms!
