Our beautifully delicate, unfiltered seasonal spring IPA that’s brewed with buckets of freshly-foraged, young Scrub Pine needles & tips found down by the river here in Saxapahaw. There’s a soft, delicate bitterness that runs behind the scenes and lingers just a little longer than usual from the use of fresh, bright, citrusy pine needles in the boil, finished with just enough juicy hops and a touch of Indian coriander to connect the dots & keep things balanced.
