Torn Paper Leaves: Brazilian Oak

The return of one of our favorite entries in our wood-centric series Torn Paper Leaves, this bright, beautiful, golden tripel is brewed with barley & rye grown and malted right here in the great state of North Carolina. This re-release explores the delicate warm-spice impact of Amburana (Brazilian Oak), which imparts notes of dark cherry, warm gingerbread and fresh orange zest. A perfect accompaniment to a quiet Carolina autumn evening by the fire pit.
