We're excited about teaming up with the awesome folks at King Cobra Apiary just down the road from Saxapahaw to source both the locally-collected bee pollen and wildflower honey used as ingredients in this one-off seasonal batch. Brewed with plenty of Chesapeake Pilsner from NC's very own Riverbend Malt House and a blend of raw, flaked & malted wheat, this bright, soft spring wheat beer has also been dosed with over 50 pounds of real bee pollen and a 5 gallon bucket of local honey!
